All symposium activity is hosted off-base at a civilian resort venue. No installation access is required.

Waikiki Beach Marriott

Resort and Spa, the host venue for all professional sessions, the vendor tradeshow, and the awards dinner.

  • Access. Off-base. No installation badging required for partner nation delegates.

Daily rhythm

A consistent battle rhythm anchors the week so delegates can plan around fixed points.

  • Mornings. Plenary, capability briefs, and TTP exchange.
  • Afternoons. Mission vignettes, breakouts, and HADR linkage.
  • Briefings end 1600 daily. Evenings reserved for socials and informal exchange.
  • Wednesday 15 Jul. CAPEX day. Three parallel tracks run off the standard rhythm.

Logistics

What delegates need to arrive ready. Travel window is 12 July (arrival) to 19 July (departure).

  • Lodging. Host venue and partner room block. Booking details to follow.

Bring

  • Field and garrison uniform
  • PT gear and sun shirts
  • Swim gear: mask, snorkel, fins
  • Basic climbing and rescue equipment

  • Dress. Working uniform by day; details by session.
  • Language. English is the working language.
  • Weather. Tropical. Plan for heat and sun.
